We recently purchased and had installed a Kinetico water treatment system. Our experience with the sales staff, installers, and the product itself has been so outstanding that we wanted to share our experience with you.
Although we have lived in our newly built home for only four years, we were already seeing evidence of hard water damage and knew there was probably a lot more potential damage that would be very costly in the long run. We decided to be proactive and started researching water treatment systems. We contacted several other companies, but after the in-home water analysis and follow-up by the demonstrator, we believed that the Kinetico system was the right choice for our home.
Within a matter of days of making our decision, the installers were working with us. The installers were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Furthermore, they worked around our schedule-instead of expecting us to rearrange our schedule like so many other companies these days. When we have had questions or concerns there has always been someone to talk with to get answers. We would give the Kinetico company a customer survey rating of 5 stars!
Now that we have had the system for a few months we are already noticing improvements in our water quality. Our dishes do not have hard water spots any more and our showers and tubs no longer have calcium build-up forming around the drains. Another benefit is that we use less detergent to wash clothes and dishes and less soap and shampoo is also needed. Besides these benefits, we believe that the water system will prolong the life of our major appliances and our hot water heaters.
If you are like us and want to improve the quality of your water, you should definitely consider the Kinetico system. The people at Kinetico were wonderful to work with and the system is competitively priced. Furthermore, we feel comforted knowing they stand behind their product and will be there if other needs should arrive. We have and will continue to recommend the Kinetico system to our neighbors and friends.

We considered several solutions for resolving our hard water and chlorine tasting water. We were very concerned about the quality of our drinking water as well as protecting our appliances from rust and corrosion associated with hard water. The Kinetico solution was the best on the market. While there are many solutions from other vendors, the quality of the Kinetico solution stood out from the rest. Whether it was great referrals from friends or Consumer Report on the K5 reverse osmosis system, the answer was this is the best system for high water quality. I had a Kinetico water softening system installed at my home and have been very pleased with it. I live in the country and have a shallow well which supplies all my water. Over the past 14 years the water had become more hard and was staining fixtures and making cleaning much more difficult. The office staff and Kinetico system installers were very helpful and explained how the system would work. They were also able to install the system in my preferred location which was not the simplest. The honest, dependable staff quickly earned my trust, allowing me to continue my work schedule uninterrupted while they installed my new system.
